  • Slender, small worms, size 35-47 mm.
  • Setae lumbricine, closely paired.
  • Dorsal pores absent.
  • Spermathecal pores two pairs, on the intersegmental regions of 7/8 and 8/9, at setal line of b.
  • Male genital region protruded in the form of either a nearly square area or a dumbbell-shaped area; male pores are seemingly situated at the intersegmental furrow of xvii/xviii.
  • Spermathecae two pairs, without discrete diverticula.
  • Gizzard, typhlosole, and supra-intestinal glands absent.
  • A ventromedian calciferous gland in ix.
  • Intestinal origin in xii.
  • Single species recorded in India.
  • Type locality Lagos, Nigeria and is exotic.
